1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FiraDash (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
FiraDash provides a multi-channel messaging platform that enables businesses to:
- Manage conversations across Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, and SMS
- Create automated messaging workflows
- Collaborate as a team on customer communications
- Analyze engagement and performance metrics
3. Account Registration
To use FiraDash, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms if registering on behalf of a business
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FiraDash to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Violate the terms of connected platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
5. Connected Accounts
When connecting social media accounts:
- You authorize FiraDash to access and interact with those platforms on your behalf
- You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s terms of service
- You grant FiraDash permission to send and receive messages through connected accounts
- You can disconnect accounts at any time through your settings
6. Subscription and Payment
Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
Changes to Pricing
We may modify pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Property
FiraDash and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FiraDash and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Privacy
Your use of FiraDash is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiraDash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FiraDash from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
15. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
